The purpose of this website, www.jjhorticulture.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by JJ Horticulture LLC is for marketing and publicity. Please read these terms of service (“Agreement”) and privacy policy carefully before using the Site or any services provided on the Site. By using or accessing the Site you agree to become bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not use the Services. The Services are accessed by You (“Subscriber” or “You”) under the following terms and conditions:

Who we are

JJ Horticulture is an Oklahoma Medicinal Marijuana Authority licensed grower.

Access to the Site

JJ Horticulture LLC reserves the right, at its discretion, to modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting revised Terms of Service on the Site. Subscriber shall be responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any such modifications. Use of the Services by Subscriber following such modification constitutes Subscriber’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement as modified.

By visiting JJHorticulture.com You certify that You are at least 18 years of age or over and are an OMMA licensed Dispensary, Processor, or Researcher. You certify that You understand that JJ Horticulture does not sell to any entity that is unlicensed and therefore unauthorized to purchase Medical Marijuana for the purpose of research, processing, or resale.

Subscriber also certifies that it is legally permitted to use the Services and access the Site, and takes full responsibility for the selection and use of the Services and access of the Site. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Site is revoked in such jurisdictions. JJ Horticulture makes no claim that the Site may be lawfully viewed or that Content may be downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If You access the Site, You do so at Your own risk and You are responsible for compliance with the laws of Your jurisdiction.

Data Collection

When visitors leave a comment we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Contact us

When visitors fill out the contact form the data provided is used to respond to the visitor. We do not store any information provided unless you ask specifically to be added to a mailing list.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
